EARLY STIMULATION

Early stimulation aims at exploiting the learning ability and adaptability of the brain for the benefit of the baby. Through various exercises and games their intention is to provide a series of repetitive stimuli, so as to enhance those brain functions that ultimately are of greater interest. Not only seeks to strengthen intellectual aspects, and their ability to read or mathematical calculation, but also provides early stimulation of the physical, sensory and social development.
How is it done?Early stimulation is based on the repetition of what has been called information units or bits. Like all children learn to speak for themselves (a daily basis to hear the sounds of language), your brain is able to acquire a range of other skills through constant repetition of stimuli or simple exercises. With repetition helped reinforce the neural areas of interest. For example, for a baby to crawl is necessary to check the so-called cross pattern, ie the ability to coordinate his right hand with his left foot (and vice versa) and so forward. Our brain is divided into two hemispheres, left and right, each of which controls the opposite side of the body. Well, crawling exercises reinforce the cross pattern, and thus help to improve coordination between the two sides of our body.

Tips for early stimulation of babies for parents:

1 - Respect the response time of your child. Choose a quiet time to play with him. Avoid playing with your child when you notice that he is tired and overloaded with tasks and stimuli.
2 - Choose objects pleasing to the touch, the ear, palate, and are, of course, insurance.
3 - The games must be accompanied by songs, words and smiles. Of affection and tenderness, too
4 - The game has to be pleasurable for both.
5 - Make bath time to massage your child.
6 - Use the music while you take your child in the car or at home.
7 - Teach your child books. It is a baby, there are books of fabric, plastic, smells and textures.
8 - Story Telling your child before bedtime.
